Does anybody know….

OK then: Day 1 of my retirement. Decided to hit the high life and splash out; bought and read “The Guardian” instead of The  “I”  and put on some new aftershave. Anyone would think I had sold out to the Prosperity Gospel!

Have decided to do what I have said I might do: take a few days off blogging.. It will help put to death any “success” driven remnants in my mind-set that feels peaceful when viewing figures are good and nervous if they fall.

….HOWEVER, though I may cut back on my expensive reading habits, though amounts of aftershave might be cut back as well,  though the blogs may not be as frequent, there is one thing I don’t want to cut back on: the mystical side of being a believer!! So here is a genuine question. Some of you will just think this is mad: if you do, well that’s fine. For those of you who love this sort of thing, what do you think may be the spriitual significance of the number sequence 1234? I am not going to tell you why I need to know, I just do.

Will look forward to hearing any weird and wonderful suggestions.

God bless from fragrant Kenny

The first thing that I thought was “Numbers 12:34” (it wasn’t till I was looking it up that I realised that I was looking up “Numbers” – duh). But Numbers 12:34 doesn’t exist! Numbers 12:3&4, however, has something to do with humility (which touches on your blog post) and a calling. Maybe?

God often speaks to me by the digital clock, i.e. 6:33 always reminds me to seek first His Kingdom today 😄 5:55 reminds me of His grace, grace, grace to me 😍 and 12:34 reminds me to check out the attitude of my heart! So, not exactly 1234 but that’s what I thought of when I saw the numbers 🤗
    Thank you Kenny!

I see it like you said Kenny, as a sequence
    Two comes after one…
Three comes after two, and so on
So for me, it’s taking step one and then another = step two and so on…
I can’t jump to step four no matter how much I may want to,
But need to take one step at a time, one day at a time, and being in a transition stage, for me at least, that’s important, because it’s too easy to
want to run off ahead and jump into step four, right up to my neck
and get into all kinds of trouble.
Thank you so much for making me stop and think !!
    Love and Blessings Always !!!

There’s absolutely no need to cut back on aftershave, Kenny. None.

I don’t know the answer but am becoming increasingly desperate for it all to be revealed!
